I am employed as a software engineer for a software company that relocated me to Portland from Tucson last August.
To become a member of the RoR community in Portland, I wish to volunteer to help develop others’ applications.

So that you may efficiently consider how I may volunteer to help develop your project, please consider reading a poverty alleviation proposal I wrote that recommends that welfare programs become Web-based.
