- OScamp format is OpenSpaces and will be very open
- We will try to do PDX.rb stuff mainly on Tuesday and Wed.

- T-Shirt with a PDX.rb logo, Ben will make a cool logo! Must be an SVG.

- New name: “FOSCON II: The Ruby Rodeo”? Or some other subtitle.
- Format is presentation based, 20 minute presentations
- Who is going to give talks is up in the air, some rejected presentations? Other stuff? Why the Lucky Stiff? Matz?
- Food and drinks, Pizza but not beer. Find sponsors for this ($500?)

- Taxi service, need to make this move visible too. Walking tour from convention center to FreeGeek.
